Dr. Becca Arvanitis
Growing up as a competitive volleyball player, health and wellness have been a constant focus and interest in Dr. Arvanitis’ life. Through strong role models and coaches, she was drawn to PT as a way to combine her passion for helping others and promoting physical and mental health. This led her to Duke DPT where she graduated in 2019, and has since worked in a variety of settings addressing orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions. She continues to explore her passions as a club volleyball coach as well, where she enjoys working with and mentoring young athletes. Becca’s treatment philosophy is rooted in active listening, open communication, and empathy, and she is committed to individualized treatment to allow her patients to reach their goals.

Syd Fuller
Syd specializes in structural myofascial bodywork, orthopedic massage, and neuromuscular therapy, with additional training in Polyvagal manual therapy for nervous system regulation. Caitlin O'Conner
Caitlin O’Conner is a dual board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to advancing community health through preventative medicine and education. She has spent over a decade in the healthcare field caring for patients from a variety of backgrounds. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT and served as an active-duty Army nurse until 2020, gaining invaluable experience and skills in diverse healthcare settings.
Caitlin furthered her education by earning a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Baylor University in Dallas, TX, where she honed her expertise in clinical practice and healthcare leadership. As a current Army spouse, she understands the unique challenges faced by military families and is committed to serving her community with compassion and dedication.

Dr. Helen Robertson
Dr. Helen Robertson is a physical therapist, board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, and is certified in dry needling. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Pacific in 2017 and Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she graduated with highest honors. Helen is a graduate of VOMPTI’s Orthopedic Residency program and passed her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist board examination in 2022.
In addition to treating patients, Helen enjoys teaching courses at South University in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She believes in individualized patient care tailored to each patient’s symptoms, situations, and lifestyles. Helen values listening to her patients’ stories and conducting in-depth assessments that allow her to focus on functional interventions to decrease pain and maximize patients’ potentials.
